My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Still living and working the dream in Indianapolis!

That doesn't mean I vacation here. Love the National Park system, hiking the mountains and canyons out west and visiting historical sites everywhere (recently into the Early American, Revolutionary & Civil War sites of eastern states). Need to get to Chicago once a year for museums, art & theater (Second City is a must and -- yes! -- got back to the Blues Festival last year!). Did the Outer Banks for the first time in 2013, and TWICE got back to Las Vegas in 3 months (after a 10 year lapse).

Enjoy going out to eat at some fun independent places or stay and experiment in a kitchen (but hate the term "foodie"). Like exploring new craft beers, fine mixed drinks and local or interesting wine (but no snobbery here).

And life is too short for bad coffee.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working full time as an in-house Marketing Expert and Graphic Designer. I also am a Video Producer, working on some smaller projects and long-form documentaries.

Previously have volunteered with area arts and professional organizations. Would enjoy to get back into drawing and or painting.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Avoiding exercise. So I need to work on that!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
The eyes, the laugh, the humor.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Too much to say...

AUTHORS/BOOKS: Stephen King (especially The Dark Tower series), Kurt Vonnegut (Bluebeard is my fav; I would love to film it!), Roger Ebert essays & film criticisms

DIRECTORS/MOVIES: Pretty much like most genres if they are done well! Martin Scorsese, Coen Brothers, Terry Gilliam, Stephen Spielberg, Ridley Scott, Wes Anderson, etc. Not to be a total film snob, because I love dumb fun flicks too!

TELEVISION: A mix of new and old. House of Cards is the latest to catch up via marathon-viewing. Archer, Arrested Development, Big Bang Theory, Breaking Bad, Deadwood, Dexter, Rome, Family Guy, South Park, CBS Sunday Morning, Star Trek(s), Kids in the Hall, SCTV, Walking Dead, etc.

MUSIC: Eclectic. Revisiting 80s now. Dean Martin always is playing and other Rat Pack era fun. Movie symphonic soundtracks.

FOOD: Love to eat out and love to cook and bake. Fresh garlic is a must needed fixture in my kitchen, and blueberries are the best fruit for pies.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
#1 - Answering questions like this sarcastically.
#2 thru #6 - Repeat #1.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How would I draw, paint or film that?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out on the town with some friends at a local tavern, discovering a new restaurant, First Fridays art gallery walk, or just kicking back and enjoying "me" time with a good classic movie or bad sci-fi flick.

If you would like to dine out at non-chain restaurants (dives or fine-dining), talk about culture, movies or entertainment, visit wineries or brewpubs, check out art galleries or exhibits, enjoy cultural festivals, and discover new things that we don't even know exists.
