It's time to revamp this bad larry.

I am an eternal optimist and I believe that everything happens for a reason. I think that means I believe in good timing. I always have a smile on my face and way too much energy for my own good.

If I had to describe myself in one word, it would be "bold". I'll try anything twice and I can talk to just about anyone. Slow is not a pace I am used to but I'm learning to take the time to enjoy life rather than run through it.

I enjoy good beer, good food and even better conversation. I am always ready for something fun, something outside, and something unexpected.

I grew up in Maine, the best state in the Union. They call it Vacationland for a reason. Low-tide smells like home and I probably know way too much about lobsters.

I love the city, but I am at home in the woods. A relaxing night sitting on a porch in a rocking chair with a cup of black coffee sometimes sounds more appealing than a night on the town. My favorite part about getting out of the city is being able to look up and see a sky littered with stars. I sleep best when the air is salty with the ambient sounds of a distant tide and seagulls. I get the seagulls in Watertown. However, a nest in the tree next door is not what I was going for.

I am looking for someone to challenge me, really push my limits. I am looking for someone to learn with, explore with and make some mistakes with along the way. I look for someone with ambition, kind eyes and a great sense of humor. I have a strong personality and I need someone to run along side and help reel me in every once in a while. I want a travel companion and a confidant; someone who is both devious and a gentleman. I want to know that you are comfortable with who you are, and know that I am the same way. I like who I am, and I don't intend on making any drastic changes. Making me laugh is probably the fastest way to my heart.

I think exploring is under-rated as well as the overall human connection. We are all looking for someone to keep the other side of the bed warm whether it be for an evening or the rest of our lives. Right now, I'm looking for something in the middle of those two extremes, and someone to share breakfast and a nice cup of coffee with the next morning.

I love my life, and I would like a partner to share it with.

In terms of work, Im a Private Chef and freelance producer. For the first time in my life, I love my job and I'm my own boss! woot woot.

I'm also laughing way too much, feeding everyone I know, dancing like a fool wherever I go and spending as much time with my dog as possible.

I'm really good at telling stories, really bad jokes, getting lost, multi-tasking, making beds, talking to strangers, ordering dessert, being innapropriate, making sauce and making people laugh.

that I have a head with a face on it. The red hair and blue eyes is a dead give away too. Im not hard to find in a crowd.

People also notice my boundless energy; I can't sit still to save my life.

I wear my heart on my sleeve and I'm a terrible liar. I can't keep a straight face to save my life. I like to think that Im good at poker, but in reality, I'm really quite terrible.

People love to tell me that I'm just like Joan on Mad Men. I work in advertising so I don't watch the show. Should I take that as a compliment?

In terms of music, Im a mixed bag. Lately I've foot tapping to Marc Broussard and anything else in the bluesy folky genere. I always love Girl Talk, Amos Less, Phish, OAR, Bitter:sweet, Parov Stelar, Paul Oakenfold, Adele, and anything else Pandora likes to throw my way. Oh gosh, but Led Zeppelin gets me everytime I'm feeling sultry.

Brunch is my favorite meal of the week.

I love the smell of a campfire, and the way my hair smells the next day.

Books. Where do I start? We can talk about that later.

I have a dog. His name is Pete. He's a great dog and I couldn't imagine my life without him. However, I could deal without him opening doors , stealing snacks out of the pantry and getting into the fridge. He's ALWAYS hungry. Trust me, he's not.

Everything! Im not very good at shutting off completely. My imagination runs wild most of the time.

What my next theme song is going to be. I usually have something stuck in my head, it might as well go with the activity I'm participating in.

I think about cooking a lot too, or what my dog does when I'm not home. I already know he gets on my bed and jumps off the second he hears the front door.

I dance around the house when I think no one is home. Sometimes my roommate is, or his company, then it gets awkward because I don't stop.

Also, I can't stand white sneakers and the word "yup". Is that weird? It probably is.
