My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a divorced father of a great boy. I'm not suffering any identity crises, or searching for myself. I found myself a long time ago. But I do appreciate the value of introspection. My philosophy is simple: be kind, do your best, be honest, be a good friend, and have good friends. Be loyal, be faithful. I prioritize relationships with people over status, and don't identify myself by my occupation or income. I identify myself by my role in the lives of the people who matter to me. I am my son's father, my brothers' brother, my friends' friend. I'm educated and literate, but at heart, I'm a blue collar guy. I work best with my hands, and I'm allergic to cubicles. I often seem very serious at first, but I'm actually a pretty goofy guy. I'm just a bit shy in the beginning. I'm a good dancer, getting better. I don't do the "shake your booty" thing, but I'm willing to learn. And I'm as affable and loyal as a Laborador Retriever.

I am perspicatious, rational, and confident
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I went to college to be a teacher, only to find out after graduation and participating in classrooms that it wasn't my cup of tea. Now, I'm working a real good and fun job and studying to be an auto technician, which is what I wanted to do all along anyway--but I thought I should be a teacher. There's a story behind that one.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Using tools, being a dad, conversation, math. I'm real good at math. Got my degree in ciphering and everything.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My sinister, or intense looking eyebrows. A few people have been initially intimidated upon meeting me, only to find out that I'm actually a real decent guy.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

(a)To Kill a Mockingbird--all time number one favorite. For Whom the Bell Tolls, LOTR trilogy, The Devil's Horsemen, and The Infamous Boundary. I also like mysteries, thrillers, and even an occasional work of Sci Fi schlock. (b)Petrified Forest--Betty Davis, Bogey, Leslie. How could it be anything but fantastic? Philadelphia Story,Casablanca,Children of a Lesser God, Strange Brew, The Professional, and anything with killer aliens...well, anything good with killer aliens. And Killer Klowns From Outer Space. Can't forget that classic. (c)I like most things from Knoppfler to Patsy to the Barenaked Ladies, and much in between. Lady Day, Frank, Mr. Coltrane, and Mr. Holly all appeal to me. I'm not big on Fusion, Hip Hop, or Rap, but there is some I can listen to.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My Son. Conversation. Books. A good pocketknife. Green Chili. Good footwear.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
If you have a closed ball, and it's polished real shiny like a mirror inside, and you drill a tiny, tiny little hole, and put a fiberoptic cable in there, and pump light into the ball, will it stay bright inside after you turn off the light source?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Working. I work Friday nights for now.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'd have to whisper it to you. Only after you pass the Sully test.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You don't believe feminism and femininity are contradictory, and you're not a goddess--I'm only human. You believe that a shared life has more meaning, but you are not so desparate to end loneliness that you would overlook incompatabilities. You want to enjoy the company of a great guy, learn about what makes him tick, and enjoy his learning about you.
