I am a computer programmer, a geek, and a gamer. Right now I'm primarily doing iPhone development but in past lives I've done desktop and open source programming, in a great mixture of languages. I am also an internet junkie; I read over 56 webcomics at last count, and I'm addicted to reddit and twitter. I love playing games, mostly console games but sometimes boardgames, D&D, or the occasional computer game.

I grew up on the east coast, but I moved to San Francisco last year for work. I would love to try living in Japan for a year, and I hope some day to make that a reality. I also want to learn Japanese, but from what I'm told that may be a bit less realistic of a goal. However I am not an otaku, or wapanese, or whatever it's called these days.

I used to play both the piano and the trumpet, and if I ever find the time I plan on taking them back up. I also used to fence (saber) in high school, which I also would love to start doing again. I can juggle (both balls and clubs), but only the basic 3-object pattern. I can also waggle my eyebrows, which always seems to creep people out.

Just got a job working at Zynga writing iPhone games. Currently this is sucking up all of my time, but I'm hoping things will settle down so I can scale back a bit and reclaim some of my free time.

I consider myself to be a pretty damn good programmer. I'm a decent foosball player, and I play Expert on guitar for Rock Band (and Hard for drums). I also have an epic feral druid in World of Warcraft.

I sleep with a stuffed animal (Dale from Chip & Dale). I've had him since I was 2 years old.
