I'm living an unconventional life, but I'm a solid and dependable person. I have a technical background, but that's just part of the story. I'm active, healthy, and adventurous. I do things. I'm financially secure. I'm a gentleman. I don't follow sports. I know some poems by heart. I have a technical background, but I really like to be with artist and free thinkers.
I generally do not wear labels well. I don't seem to fit in anybody's defined categories. I have figured out my own orientation -
P for pansexual.
From the web: "Pansexuality, or omnisexuality, is sexual attraction, romantic love, or emotional attraction toward people of any sex or gender identity. Pansexual people may refer to themselves as gender-blind, asserting that gender and sex are insignificant or irrelevant in determining whether they will be sexually attracted to others.
Pansexuality may be considered a sexual orientation in its own right or a subset of bisexuality, to indicate an alternative sexual identity. Because pansexual people are open to relationships with people who do not identify as strictly men or women, and pansexuality therefore rejects the gender binary, the "notion of two genders and indeed of specific sexual orientations", it is often considered a more inclusive term than bisexual."
GF for gender fluid. From the web: "Gender fluid is a gender identity which refers to a gender which varies over time. A gender fluid person may at any time identify as male, female, neutrois, or any other non-binary identity, or some combination of identities. Their gender identity can vary at random or in response to different circumstances. Gender fluid people may also identify as multigender, non-binary and/or transgender."
M for multiple relationships.
K for kinky. From the web: "In human sexuality, kinkiness or kinky (adjective), is a colloquial term used to describe unconventional sexual practices, concepts or fantasies. The term derives from the idea of a "bend" (cf. a "kink") in one's sexual behavior, to contrast such behavior with "straight" or "vanilla" sexual mores and proclivities. The term "kink" has been claimed by some who practice sexual fetishism as a term or synonym for their practices, indicating a range of sexual and sexualistic practices from playful to sexual objectification and certain paraphilias.
Kink sexual practices go beyond what are considered conventional sexual practices as a means of heightening the intimacy between sexual partners. Some draw a distinction between kink and fetishism, defining the former as enhancing partner intimacy, and the latter as replacing it. Because of its relation to "normal" sexual boundaries, which themselves vary by time and place, the definition of what is and is not kink varies widely as well."
N for naked. I'm quite comfortable unclad in natural or social situations. I have created a home that allows for a clothing-optional lifestyle both inside and out.
I like to spend time with people. I call myself an extrovert in small groups. I enjoy meeting people and can easily start conversations with strangers, but I don't enjoy crowded, noisy bars.
I'm comfortable in nature - water, land, and air.
I've been on an illuminating journey - I have traveled through various alternative lifestyles and kept the parts of each that I liked. I have wound up here in an easygoing Bohemian lifestyle. It's about creativity, freedom, and a rollicking sense of fun.
I am spiritual, but not religious.
