My Self-Summary
Pretty easy-going guy, though I really am into deep discussions. I
just try not to have them all the time :) I'm a very terrible
planner, I hardly make any appointment on time. For some reason,
this has never ever happened to dentist appointments. Strange, come
to think of it... Any way, it's been ages since I've been on here
and thought it might be nice to update my profile :)

Prettig in de omgang, goed met kinderen, zindelijk... Eehm, in het
Nederlands voelt het als een beschrijving van een huisdier. Hoe dan
ook, ik houd van een diepe discussie (en met diep bedoel ik niet
wie het beste is in X-Factor). Ik ben geen enorm gestructureerd
persoon, maar tot nu toe gaat dat prima. Ik ben de laatste tijd
zelfs gewoon op tijd op mijn afspraken! Al ben ik nog nooit te laat
geweest voor de tandarts.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm currently a student Computer Science at the Hogeschool Utrecht
educational facility in Utrecht. This is where I take classes and
teach. I work occasionally. Mostly freelance (so if you need some
web programming done, just send me a wave ;) ), but on a regular
basis at a software company in Culemborg. When I'm not scheduled to
be somewhere (and sometimes when I am) I like a whole variety of
stuff like going to Jiu Jitsu practice, preparing a decent meal,
going to the movies (which I don't do nearly enough), listening to
music (pop, rock, emo, electro, trance, dance, alternative, indie),
torturing my guitar, torturing my flatmates by actually singing
with the tortured guitar, having a campfire with some friends
I’m really good at
Giving a massage, taking on way too much work, withholding sleep
from myself and/or others, various computer stuff, lighting a fire,
having a discussion, applying a headlock, making up impossible
concepts with a friend of mine, actualizing those concepts, untying
knots.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy would be my favourite series of
books I guess, although I did enjoy the Harry Potter series.
Favourite movies: Boondock Saints, Catch me if you can, The Usual
Suspects, Lucky Number Slevin. Music: I'm currently listening to
Mick Flannery (Very good Irish rock artist) but other musical
flavours I can enjoy are pop, rock, alternative, indie, emo,
industrial, etc... My favourite kind of food? Well, I very much
like corn on the cob (especially from the bbq, with a bit of chili
powder on top), chicken, plain white rice, white beans in tomato
sauce, pasta, pizza, chinese food, I guess everything except for:
Organs (especially the churchy ones), funky cheeses and seafood.
The six things I could never do without
Music, fire, friends, food (even if I wouldn't die), sports of some
kind and physical attention. The latter including, but not limited
to, sex.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The greater things in life (like lunch), ethical problems I devise
of my own, all kinds of problems I face or already have faced.
Whether poffertjes are really tiny pancakes. Whether I should
flash-hug the marine keeping guard at the airport. How many
five-year-olds I could take in a fight.
