I am a younger, urban Ron Swanson. I love history, philosophy, religious thought, and politics. I believe that the development of the intellect is of supreme importance, and that most modern, urban lifestyles impede critical thought because people are too busy and focus on frivolities. Similarly, our busy lifestyles create mercantile and mercenary relationships that are unsustainable and joyless. I don't want that, but I do want to build deep and healthy relationships.

I have a very active and sarcastic wit, even if it can be somewhat coarse. I blame (thank?) my blue collar background. Too many women expect a gentleman, but what they will get from me is a quick laugh, interesting conversation on esoteric historical movements, and someone who wears glasses like a man.
