I am sassy, fun-loving, and affectionate.
My Self-Summary
I'm easygoing and just love being around all sorts of people. For
me, there's nothing better than just hanging out in the sun with a
good glass of wine and great company. I'm a story-teller by nature
and can never pass up the opportunity for a good laugh.
I can't live without having a book on my bedside table and
constantly need a good mental challenge.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm currently finishing my Masters of Liberal Arts at ANU which I
absolutely adore!
I've got travel plans in the pipeline for the end of 2010 when I am
planning to head over to Canada for about a year.
I’m really good at
I'm good at having a laugh and making new friends; I am a fairly
talented chef (and that's if I'm being modest) and I can a turn out
a pretty decent meal.
I've got some secret talents too (not so secret now, huh?) such as
my paper plane making abilities, and I am currently the ACT Red
Bull Paper Wings Champion for time spent in the air... I'm also
good at bowling... which is a little embarrassing.
The first things people usually notice about me
My smile and friendly, welcoming attitude.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I adore Indian food, and love to cook, so I'll give anything a try
at least once. That being said I don't mind vegetarian food, but
would cry if someone told me I could never eat meat again!
I'm a bit of a book fiend and always have something on the go, some
of my favourites are Shantaram, Kensington Gardens, Disgrace and
The Book Thief. I just finished Of Love and Other Demons by Gabriel
Garcia Marquez and it wasn't too bad. I'm currently reading Anais
Nin's Delta of Venus - salacious and saucy.
Music-wise I have pretty eclectic taste and listen to most things.
Currenty playing: Mezzanine by Massive Attack.
Movies - I have seen way way too many. Some of my favourites are
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Platoon (tear), City of God,
se7en, Dogville and Pan's Labyrinth just to name a few, but really
I've seen pretty much all the movies under the sun.
The six things I could never do without
My mates, books, vino, coffee, the gym, my family, new people and
places, the beach, lots and lots of things!
I know that's more than six and there are so so many more things I
could put on there!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Where I'm going, what I'm doing and how I can make things awesome
for the people around me.
On a typical Friday night I am
With all my friends at a bar, laughing and having a jolly good
time.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I already told you I'm good at bowling and making paper airplanes,
what more do you want from me?
You should message me if
You're relaxed, friendly, open-minded and up for a laugh.
