San Francisco is a magical place where you can not only buy fresh organic produce for half the cost of your monthly rent but also procure, for a pittance, bacon-wrapped hot dogs and a mind-blowing cup of single-brewed artisanal coffee, all in the range of a city block. Homeless people poop on your doorstep and then try to sell it to you but you've got rent control and you're two blocks from everything, so it's cool, really. Maybe that's just the Mission, but hipsters and hypodermics aside, I love the sh!t out of this town. Bikes, beats, serendipity and a warm smile top off my day. I'm a go-gettin' city fella looking for that good kind of distraction...

Creating culture. Pushing the edge of my comfort zone. Making change. Going outside. Building bridges. Burning the Man (yes, the big one in the desert). Practicing kindness, saying yes and not taking things personally. Typing stuff into boxes. Trying to spend less time typing things into boxes.
