If you are politically conservative, we would not be a good match.
I love the city and all it has to offer. Yes. I love the open spaces of the countryside, the deep quiet of mountains and the serenity of sitting on the beach watching the tide come in. The world is such a beautiful place in all its variations.
I'd like to think I know myself pretty well, but like Alice in Wonderland, 'I know who I was when I woke up this morning, but I've changed several times since then.' I'm quite content to be alone, a life filled with Art, Museums, Books, and the quiet of deep meditation. As much as I love words, I like the possibility of knowing someone so well that words are not a function of closeness but rather a bridge to cross when we lose sight of each other. Quite content to be alone but would most passionately desire to meet a wonderful woman with whom resonance is less an idea than a reality. I am looking for a friend grounded in spirituality and capable of emotional intimacy, a companion: an ever evolving learner sharing experiences and insights of our separate and mutual journeys, and a lover who knows the value of both passion and tenderness.
