I'm new to Pittsburgh.
I'm the kind of girl who'd rather be called cool than hot.
I love traveling, seeing different parts of the country, and experiencing life and culture in different parts of the world. I think I have a bit of a restless soul, and in the last few years I've done what I can to fit seeing the world into my education. When I can, I try not to just visit, but to actually experience life there. Truly living in a country allows for a great deal of personal growth and really opens your eyes and your mind to the world. I like the idea of new beginnings, and I'd like to have as many of them as is reasonable before life eventually ropes me down into a place I choose to call home.
Here's my issue with online dating sites - it means that meeting/talking to people is so filled with the singular intent of potentially dating them. I don't like that as a way of interacting in general. I'm a fan of friends first, but in this forum that's difficult. Because I'm a little burned out on OKC, and because my life just got pretty busy after just starting medical school, I'm not actually on OKC very much - only ever to respond to messages I occasionally get.
