I'm a community organizer for an environmental organization.

I'm good at listening and problem-solving. I enjoy working through issues and figuring out solutions.
I'm also not too bad in the kitchen.

Books: I like a lot of classics like The Count of Monte Cristo and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Mitch Albom books, and Edgar Allan Poe. However, I do more reading of journalists. Some of my favorites are: Allison Kilkenny, Howard Zinn, Noam Chomsky, David Sirota, Jeremy Scahill, and Matt Taibbi.

Movies: I'm a huge movie buff. I love Boondock Saints, 40-Year Old Virgin, Serenity, The Hangover, The Princess Bride, Good Will Hunting, The Godfather, Anchorman, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Garden State, anything by Kevin Smith or John Hughes, and I could go on forever.

TV: Psych, Firefly, HIMYM, The Big Bang Theory, Bones, Top Chef, Chuck, Dexter, Californication, Weeds, Castle, House, Royal Pains, Burn Notice, Modern Family, Rookie Blue, Rescue Me, The Good Guys, 30 Rock, Community, Covert Affairs, White Collar, The Office, and anything Joss Whedon makes I watch.

Music: I like Bon Jovi, Johnny Cash, the Beatles, Nirvana, Godsmack, Beastie Boys, Queen, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, pretty much everything, but especially classic rock.

Food: I'm a vegan. I love fruits and vegetables, lots of smoothies, and pasta.
