I consider myself to be a very friendly and easygoing person. I have a great (some might say perversely so) sense of humor and enjoy making others laugh. I enjoy nearly all kinds of music and have some form of it playing constantly. I always try to be fair and non-judgmental when relating to others. I admit I can be opinionated and even sarcastic at times, though. I try to embrace life as it comes and enjoy a certain spontaneity about it.
On a professional level, I have been working as a Web designer/developer for the past 8 years. I love my job and hope to be doing it for as long as I'm capable.
I don't have any hobbies, per se, but I'm very interested in computers (duh), music, movies, art, reading, traveling, and just about anything involving the Great Outdoors (mountains, in particular). I have long wanted to visit the UK, especially Ireland. I'm fascinated with Celtic culture and history.
I don't have any children, but am comfortable around them and have been told on numerous occasions what a good father I'd make. Perhaps one day (before I'm a cranky, old fart)...?
I'm attracted to a woman who has a healthy sense of humor, especially if she can appreciate my offbeat, even dorky brand of humor at times; someone who takes life in stride and always tries to maintain a lightheartedness about it; who is creative, imaginative, intelligent and reasonably comfortable with who she is and where she is in her life; who embraces her spiritual side without being dogmatic and/or sanctimonious. Open-mindedness and honesty at all levels are what I consider to be among the principal virtues.
