Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
"I want a soul mate who can sit me down, shut me up, tell me ten
things I don’t already know, and make me laugh. I don’t care what
you look like, just turn me on. And if you can do that, I will
follow you on bloody stumps through the snow. I will nibble your
mukluks with my own teeth. I will do your windows. I will care
about your feelings. Just have something in there." - Henry
I've probably viewed your profile a hundred times and can't figure
out how to start a conversation. Yeah, I suck.
I don't necessarily know what I want right now, but I am looking to
get to know someone and see what happens.
My profile is a bit outdated and lengthy; I've been meaning to
update it and trim the fat for a while. That being said, I
recommend learning about me via conversation. You know, the

I'm good at being intelligent. I've got lots of "book smarts" and I
know plenty of random trivia.
I'm also good at writing fiction and music.
Oh, and making lists. I have obsessive-compulsive tendencies so I
tend to like things organized, symmetrical, notated, and the like.
You'll see that in my "books, movies, shows, music, food" section.
If you're into guys who like making lists then it's your lucky day!

Not sure why this is lumped in with the other four but okay... Food
is a passion of mine, I like a lot of different kinds but I do tend
to shy away from most foreign dishes. Cooking is something I love

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
This is my original, boring response to this prompt:
3. Mary Jane.
5. A human companion.
6. Water would be nice, I suppose.
However, after reading a lot of girls' profiles and seeing some far
more interesting answers, I decided I'd switch mine up.
1. Friendship and companionship: Maybe just a handful of close
friends. However it's arranged, I want at least one partner
(romantic or otherwise) to keep me company and make good
2. Art: In general. If I had to be more specific it would certainly
be music, but life without the many vast varieties of beautiful art
would definitely be more dismal.
3. Nature: Again, I took one of my boring answered and broadened it
to encompass a bit more. The plants, weather, and animals are
spectacular to me and it would be a shame if I couldn't enjoy them
4. Intelligence and sanity: I don't think it's being selfish to
wish that I would always have these two things.
5. Food: I've always been curious as to whether or not I could
survive the hunter-gatherer lifestyle, but I'm not too proud to
admit that I would definitely suffer without some of my grocery
6. Love: This sort of runs parallel to number one, but spending the
rest of my life alone would definitely be pretty awful. It would
certainly be nice to have a lover.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.

Well, it seems very rare for women to send the first message so
perhaps this section should be "Why you should reply to MY
message"... I'm sure my profile isn't particularly exciting but,
really, how much can you get out of these simple essays? Don't ever
judge a book by its cover, you should at least read the synopsis.
