My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
A 31 year old guy who just moved to Ballard after four years in Capitol Hill. I love anything right-brained, such as movies, art, books, music, and jokes. I feel like not too many people hate those things, so who knows how much help that is. I draw a lot, watch movies, hang out with friends, and try to be a dork as much as possible.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
After seven years as a project manager at a tech company, I'm leaving it all behind to make freelance design and art for a living. No pressure!

On the side I run, hit the gym, hike, drink, watch full house re-runs, pretty much normal person things.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
- Art.
- Running with jokes.
- Running away from jokes.
- Being serious.
- Not being serious.
- Having a positive outlook.

Despite art being a pretty quiet affair, I'm an extrovert at heart and I spend a lot of time thinking about how to help the people in my life.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am tall, I am a huge goofball, I have several tattoos.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Book-wise I assembled a list from family and friends that I'm going through now. I'm currently reading "All the Light We Cannot See."

I've been rewatching Parks and Rec, along with Rick and Morty, True Detective, venture brothers, and Game of Bones. Seinfeld and the golden years of the Simpsons will always be fair watching material. Broad city makes me laugh so hard I almost pee every time.

My two favorite movies are probably The Fountain and the 5th Element. Basically sci-fi where the answer was "it was love the whole time."

Music I like most things, this year it's been a lot of Phantograms and Strand of Oaks.

I listen to a lot of podcasts; 99 percent invisible, radiolab, my brother my brother and me, etc.

FOOD. I like food.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Family/friends (combined to make Framds)
The ability to draw a dinosaur with a top hat.
Jurassic Park
Jeff Goldblum
Ok so this is just turning into a list of things I like about Jurassic park.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What David Bowie is up to; what type of job do I want for the rest of life; if there's a better way to get around than cars and we just never thought of it. How much I want to make things that outlast me.

Oh, and poop jokes.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Sleeping, going out, drawing, being social, or being a hermit.
Somewhere between quiet drawing and shakin my booty.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I once ran full tilt into a concrete wall, not on purpose.

My real name has been questioned as fake several times.

Despite growing up on an island I am a sub-par swimmer.
