My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hey all, I'm Erika :).

I'm a fan of bullet points.
- I'm an ESFP, for all you Myers-Briggs fans out there.
- I believe I'd be placed in Ravenclaw when sorted.
I hope that I'm living life as a warm, caring, considerate, cheerful, and unique person. Call me out if I'm not.
- I love cosplay. You can't understand how much. I'd cosplay every day if I could. But I just don't have the time or resources. *sigh*
- Consideration for others is a HUGELY IMPORTANT aspect of my life. If you cut in line commonly or do mean things to strangers, you are automatically my enemy. I will not bake you cupcakes. Your loss.
- I love smiling, cuddling and hugging.
- I'm very much like a kid, as evident by my love of Disney and getting very, very excited over small things.
- I always spell "phoenix" wrong. Always. Hence the incorrect spelling in my username.
- Even if I'm not the best at spelling, I really value grammar, since I think clear communication between people is important. I'll really appreciate it if you take the time to speak to me like you would in person - with all your words and thoughts spelled out clear. It's all I ask of you. :)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am currently working on my bachelor's degree in Psychology at New College of Florida, although I'm looking to go into the Hospitality field in some form.

I'm also looking for a cool partner to enjoy life with me, with some of the following traits: considerate, gentlemanly, not afraid to get dressed up for things, and maybe a bit of a romantic, since I'm a pushover for that kind of thing (especially if they're creative).
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
- The Arts - creative writing, playing piano, writing poetry, singing (choral, mostly), and acting (I love musical theater).
-...except dancing.
- Making cosplays out of what I've got in my closet.
- Staying in my room, making no noise and pretending I don't exist
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My excitement. I love being happy and helpful to everyone I can. I I can also be a bit of a fangirl.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

First, just going to say up front that I'm not really a gamer girl. I like watching people play first-person shooters, but beyond that and Pokemon, there's a big black hole of nothing.

Anyway, brace yourselves, the lists are coming.
Book Series: Harry Potter, Artemis Fowl , The Inkheart Series, Maximum Ride, so much manga (Naruto, but a few chapters behind), and many other fantasy fiction series.

Shows: Game of Thrones, Downton Abbey, and Firefly.
Huge list of favorite anime, including but not limited to: Ouran HSHC, Mirai Nikki, Black Butler, Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo, and ATTACK ON TITAN.
Just finished Durarara, SO EXCITED for the second season.

Movies: Studio Ghibli anything, (Howl's Moving Castle and Princess Mononoke are favs), Pirates of the Caribbean 1-3 (#4, just stop), Harry Potter 1-7, Lord of the Rings (MY PRECIOUS),
All Disney Movies, Memoirs of a Geisha,
magic-themed thrillers, and so many more. I like movies.

Food: The easiest to answer. Sushi, pickled beets, and meat pastries. Or any pastries for that matter. And sweets.

Music: Soft rock, some pop, lots of show tunes.

Favorite Musicals: Phantom of the Opera, Finding Nemo (yep, it exists), Wicked, and many more.

Musical Artists: Kelly Clarkson, Nickel Creek, Florence and the Machine, the Decemberists, and Nightcore on Youtube :). After that I'm all across the board and only have specific favorite songs.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My imagination - endless hours of entertainment and creation
2. Sushi - one needs delicious sustenance
3. A bra - My imagination supports my reality. So does a bra.
4. People - I'm a social butterfly.
5. Conditioner - I like when my long hair is all "shiny" :)
6. Freedom of Expression - "I do what I likes and I likes what I do." - Bert, Mary Poppins
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Doing fun things, making things better, hypothetical scenarios (I mean really, is time travel ethical?), the here and now. How to better organize my schedule, what is right in front of me.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Not going to parties.
Killing Titans.
Reading manga.
Chilling with friends.
Looking up fan art of my TPs (because one does not simply have One True Pairing).
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm a really compassionate person. That may not sound very private, but let me put it this way: when I see someone I don't know who needs help, I want to be there for them and be instant friends (this never happens, but I've got a dream). I just truly want everyone to get along and support each other.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
If you think I'm an interesting person.
Although I am much more likely to reply if you include something other than "How are you doing?" I love creativity. Use a pun or ask an interesting question. I like both. And like I said, I like grammar so "txt tlk lik dis w/ stuff n crap", I'm sorry, I just can't deal with it. Please speak in coherent sentences.

I'm also a bit fickle when it comes to actually going on here, so I apologize if I don't message you back right away. And by right away, I mean a week following. Or two weeks following. Sorry, that's my big flaw! Hope to hear from you! :)
