I like a lot of geekish things and have a tendency to adopt short lived obsessions on things I think are curious - Anything ranging from Literature, to cooking, to Games or Culture/Languages - but I'll be honest it's mostly Books or Games.
For example I replayed Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines for the PC a bunch of times just to experiment with various storylines for diff. character clans. It can drive people batshit if they're watching me because I'm even WORSE with games like Mass Effect on X360 as I want to know all outcomes, but I know my obsessional-fuel won't last for several playthroughs of such a long game (why long? because I explore fucking EVERYTHING), so I'll save, or google (depending) and reload to try all the options until I find the one I like the most and do it... Not before I check the long term effects of said choice mind! I can't help it, I like to explore... just in a dementedly restrictive fashion.
CURRENT DEMENTED OBSESSION - The Walking Dead Video-Game on Xbox live arcade - As a point and click lover from yester-year, this game really ticks all the boxes for me... and it also occasionally gives me a seriously tough decision I literally have to sleep on the figure out. For example, I have ten people in my group and can only feed four - who do I chose? Brilliant character development and all the grizzly mayhem of The Walking Dead world - if you love your RPGs, you NEED this game!
Despite all this making me sound a little OCD on it, I assure you, I'm far too lazy to maintain my obsessions, so once I tire of them (which only takes a few weeks) I'm on to the next interest. Which takes a while to find, I'm rather picky and spend far too much of my free time horsing around with my troop O'Alco's and all that other distracting shit =P
tl;DR - If you know me, none of the above will be new 2 you! & If you don't, I'm surprised you read all of that, But in short I'm nice & friendly, & I LOVE meeting new people :D so feel free 2 send me a msg if you like!
I am Admiral Awesome, I'm also a novelty, and deeper than a puddle
