I'm interested in health & fitness, because it's important to me to stay active & healthy. It makes me feel more alive, and stops me getting old and fat so quickly. That said, I'm not above the occasional binge, because lets face it... life's too short to be too anal about such things!

I'm a thoughtful person. I've been known to pick up a snail from the middle of the road and put it down in the grass the other side, just because I didn't like to think it might get squished before it got there itself.

Ideally I'd like to live forever and have super powers. However, despite what Heroes might suggest, this is probably still some way off. I can bend my thumb back to touch my wrist, but unfortunately I don't think that counts.

I'm almost impossible to get angry or stressed. Kind of like a Zen Buddhist, but without sitting in funny positions.
