For the most part I am a pretty down to earth and laid back type of
guy and I am looking for a lasting and meaningful relationship. I
want someone to share the good and the not so good moments of life
with. I am not impressed with ones bank account, or how many
degrees you have or don’t. I am not here to sell myself or to
impress anyone; I am me if you don’t like it that’s okay. I am not
easily changed and I am not here to change anyone. One of the best
songs I can think of to describe me is “Take Me As I Am” by Faith
Hill and the one by Mary J. Blige. I can be a pretty passionate guy
and when I care about someone or something it's usually pretty
deeply. I may sometimes have a strong and stubborn heart but I
always have a gentle hand.
I love being silly, goofy and adventurous, but when it comes to work I can be a real hard ass and my serious side kicks in to gear. I am romantic and I love cuddling in candle light while it storms outside. I have always had the feeling that I belong somewhere back in time, between the 1800’s and the 1950’s. I want to restore a historic home someday, doing it with someone special would make it even more worthwhile. I am a loyal guy until crossed then I am gone. I am reserved yet outgoing. My favorite holiday is Christmas. I like to keep things simple and elegant. I am really neither Masc. nor Fem. I am just me. I can get dirty camping or doing yard work (I can change my own car’s oil if I have to) and then I can turn around wash up and set the dining room table properly with china, crystal, silver, etc for a dinner party.
I enjoy many things, such as: Hiking, Camping, Swimming, Working out (with someone), Water skiing, Jet skiing, Boating/Canoeing, Being on the beach, Baseball, Volleyball, Theme parks, Yard sales, Antique stores, Thrift stores, Cook outs, Trains, Interior designing, Theatre, Ballet, Symphony, and lots more
