My favorite books, movies, music, and food
(A) I've plenty of favourite books. The Omnivore's Dilemma, Guns,
Germs and Steel, No Logo, House of Leaves, Just about anything by
Neil Gaiman or Terry Pratchett, copius amounts of comic books most
people have never heard of... The list can go on and on. I've never
read any Harry Potter books, nor do I have plans to.
(B) Donnie Darko is one of my favourites. eXistenZ, Sin City, V for Vendetta, Gattaca, Hero, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Chinatown, Eastern Promises, Princess Mononoke and so on and so forth.
(C) Anything but Country and .... Ok, everyone knows the drill here. And I do like some country, and even more surprising, I've found some rap that I also like. And I don't like a lot of the music some people think I should like. I'm picky like that. But truthfully, I mostly listen to industrial.
(D) I like anything tasty, and fairly culinarily adventurous. So long as the purposed dinner doesn’t involve a guest spot on fear factor I’ll likely be game for it. Though these days I am trying to eat healthier, I’m open to indulgences every now and again – I can’t completely tame my sweet tooth.
