Dining out at new and interesting places
I don't like wines so much, I have allergies so can't really do the red wines. I do occasionally like a nice sweet dessert wine or an icewine though.
I love beers of all types and varieties, with the exception of super-hoppy beers. A good example of a beer I love is Sierra Nevada Pale (I like the stout too...) A good example of a beer I hate is Bell's Two-Hearted Ale.
The six things I could never do without
Cigarettes - they are my life's blood, the oil that greases the great machine of me and without them, people die or at least come to wish they were dead.
Coffee - if cigarettes are my life's blood, coffee is my glucose. Without it "I can't brain today, I have the dumb." Also, I love it with every fiber of my being. I love trying new and interesting coffees and I also like a good old fashioned crappy gas station cappucino every now and again, just to remind myself that I'm not too good for it.
My computer - It's my other brain. Her name is Elizabeth and she is a bit rickety and slow, but I'm emotionally attached to her. I didn't build her myself, but I have upgraded her on my own several times. She also has pretty case lights.
My dogs - They are the best damn things on four legs. They are expensive to care for and can be horribly trying at times, but who else is going to bust into the bathroom while I'm bathing and drink my bathwater? Who else is going to pull paper towels out of the trash and shred them all over my living room? Who else is going to eat an entire stick of butter while I have my back turned for a split second? Incidentally, those questions are all rhetorical. Real butter-eaters, bathwater-drinkers, and paper-towel-shredders need not apply. :)
My friends - It can be an ugly place up here in FierceKallisti's mind. My friends love me, sometimes I can't understand why, but they do. They keep me from being too grandiose, too bossy, too self-deprecating, and they give me someone to take care of. I need that, otherwise I get WAY too self-centered. Also, they are a random bunch of sideshow freaks and I love them for that.
Music/Books - I'm gonna lump them together. Suck it, OkCupid. Music is the soundtrack to the epic movie that is my life. Books give me access to ideas that are new and fresh, or old and interesting.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
On a typical Friday night I am
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
