So, I'm geeking out on a lady who is into heavy metal music and after several days of reading her journal I come across this article on "How To Attract Metal Chicks". I'm reading the article and it sounds right on. I'm totally with the two year plan, etc., and then it occurs to me.
Maybe Metal Chicks aren't the way to go!
It's not that there is anything wrong with metal chicks. They can be pretty fucking hot. But wouldn't I be better off getting into music with all girl bands and a mostly female audience. Or maybe some older guy bands with a mostly female audience. Or Lawrence fucking Welk. Anything but metal. Sure I like the music. I grew up on Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Hendrix, etc. But I sort of missed Black Sabbath and AC/DC. And who the hell is this Judas Priest guy?
Musically I want to get into metal. Sexually I want to get into metal chicks. But my question is: What sort of music, especially concert music, is favored by women? The kind of music no self-respecting guy would go near. Whole auditoriums filled with horny, sexually repressed women trying to discover their inner child or something.
Picture me there with tiny little earphones, head banging away. "Oh yeah, this is some really sweet sh... aring. I so want to get into your pa... rental issues. Yeah." *nod nod nod* "No More Tears baby."
