My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
In a nutshell--er, blender: a frappé(yes, I use words with accent marks) of last boyscout, filmmaker, geek, writer, foodie, and perpetual student(metaphorically--as in I keep learning stuff).

You'll probably meet my family within the first month because we're tight like that. Seriously, hanging with the 'rents is cool, as are fezzes and Disneyland.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm working towards getting paid to do what I love. And I love movies. Making a living making them(writing, shooting, directing) is the goal. I'm already surviving working from show to show(movies, award shows, tv, reality, etc.) as I put together projects of my own.

I regularly work 12 hours days and have a plethora of events, friends, side projects keeping the schedule rather packed. It's good times, if you can keep up.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Breathing. Seriously, I've done it most of my life.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm pretty much positive all the time, sans when I play devil's advocate.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Star Wars, Shakespeare, Doctor Who, Orson Scott Card, Whedon, Sorkin, Moffat, Dumas, Edgar Wright, Yeats, Fincher, Drew Goddard, Nolan, Cohen Brothers, The Walking Dead, How I Met Your Mother, Hannibal, West Wing, Grimm, Burn Notice, Williams, Silvestri, Giacchino, a long list of classical, Dropkick Murphys/Flogging Molly, Lumineers, Mumford & Sons, Warped Tour, RHCP and the list goes on and on and on(P.S. don't even get me started on food)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Family/friends. Food. Disneyland. Movies. Imagination. And Trust.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Movies -- making them, writing them, watching them, working on them...There's so much they can, they should say/teach/share/express. The right idea at the right time can change the world -- our at least ours for two hours.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At the movies with friends, after dinner at some awesome --and often packed-- food truck/gourmet restaurant/hole-in-the-wall.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm an idealist. Like a "truth, beauty, freedom, love" kind of idealist. Like we can make a difference and change the world kind of idealist.

Basically, I like musicals.
