My name's Eve.
I paint in Photoshop. I write. I'm a wee bit of a nerd. Very, very interested in criminal psychology and serial killers. Was involved in theatre, choir, and a gay-straight alliance club in high school. I tend to speak in (poor) accents and impersonations of various characters from time to time. I love languages, and I very much love learning little etymological tidbits. Horror movie buff. I really, really, really want to take Wing Chun Kung Fu, and plan to once I can afford it consistently enough. Very much a morning person. I can't stand getting up later than eight. Most days I'm up at five or six.

What I’m doing with my life
Trying to start a career as a writer/comic book artist. I'm working
on a few novels right now, both graphic and...texty.
I work in a bakery part time.
Less professionally speaking, getting back into health and fitness. Not ashamed to admit I'm a wee bit chubby. Fixin' it a pound at a time.

Writing and painting, at least I'd like to think so.

Movies: Martyrs, Pleasantville, Saw (first one was best), any and all Takashi Miike...Audition and Ichi the Killer especially.
Music: Battles, Anathallo, 65daysofstatic, Fiona Apple, Pomplamoose, Jack Conte, Nine Inch Nails, Mutemath, Stephen Lynch, Say Anything, Ratatat, Stephanie Nilles.
Shows: Firefly, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Dexter, Glee.
Food: I'm a (fairly new) vegetarian (I do eat fish very little dairy/eggs) who adores anything with a peanut satay sauce. I love most food, it's hard to think of favourites.
