My self-summary
London born, left when I was 8, then 14 years in Ireland. Came home May 2012. I love London and I'm always on the hunt for fun things to do around the city. I also try and get out to Europe every now and then for an explore.

Bit nerdy, massively into tech, books and conversations, board games, a bit of light gaming, work in PR, cycle, row(occasionally) and love good food.
What I’m doing with my life
Running around having mini-adventures, reading, writing, and trying to find an amazing restaurant of every variety in London.

I want to be able to have someone name a food type and just be able to take them to a place that does it well. Its an ambitious project.

I also do theatre, music, and cooking, lots of reading too.

Classical music concerts are a true love of mine. As are choral concerts. I am always scouting for cheap tickets to the orchestra and the proms has been stunning when I've gone.

I love language and have studied a few but English is the only one that gets regular practice. But luckily it's also my favourite. Let me teach you a new word. Apricity - you will have to ask me or Google to find out what it is!
I’m really good at
Talking, laughing, back rubs , baking, and writing.
I also dance a lot but no idea if I'm any good, not sure I really care.
The first things people usually notice about me
Broad shoulders and deep voice
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Anything by Terry Prattchet, Lady of the Lake by Sir Walter Scott, Most Fantasy, I love Wilde, Asimov, Frank Herbert, The Three Musketeers and The Count Of Monte Cristo. Also The Screwtape Letters, and Pullman, and whatever random modern Fiction I can get my hands on.

Movies: Iron Sky was Surprisingly Good. I love (the good) superhero films, Anything Emotional, Dramatic, or Entertaining. A Single Man is one of the best films I've seen in the last few years, and Harry Brown is amazing. I dislike (non-zombie apocalypse/action) horror and overtly crude comedies. Keeping Mum is my kind of Humour.
Like a bit of Miyazaki as well.
Favourite film Before Sunrise/Before Sunset,

Tv: The West Wing + Newsroom(2012) - Anything Sorkin really, Sherlock is amazing, Firefly, Suits, If I'm sick I'll shove on a classic like Blackadder to cheer me up. Doctor Who and A Game of Thrones. Bones as well, and all the old british comedy ('Allo 'Allo). Jeeves and Wooster always makes me smile.

Music: Everything really. Love Irish Folk (I know over 100 songs and I can carry a tune), I also love classical and I do hard rock and metal when I am annoyed. Pop and house for when I want to dance. :)
The six things I could never do without
Friends - I refuse to adventure alone,
A plan - any plan will do but it has to be there,
Deliciousness - any form of deliciousness will do.
A thick pair of woolly socks - for those "house days".
Cuddles - blankets, television, making a bastion of warmth on a cold winters night.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Gadgets, and the ever growing world of technology - I deal with this for a living so I'd better think about it alot.

The relentless progress of social media into every part of our lives.

How to make any sentence I write better?
The likelihood of someone paying to read something I have written.

Whatever political campaign my friend is currently embarking on.
On a typical Friday night I am
Drinking and Dancing or Reading a book.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I can touch the tip of my nose with my tongue, but I try to avoid doing it when people are watching
You should message me if
Haha, I think you have a good enough idea if you want to message me by now.

If you have a posh English accent like my own - I want to listen to you for hours.

Other accents are also accepted by the way. I like them all. :)
