Just shaved my head bald. Trying out a new hair do, or lack there of. I'm really glad I got in touch with an personal training friend of mine. Never a dull moment when mutual knowledge is being shared. Staring back on my comprehensive workout plan. Hopping the guy I talked to at Michigan runners will reply back about a columnist and avid runner which name illueded him during are brief conversation. Wow, do I need to get back on track with my running schedule. The last recreational basketball league game was a down to the wire win. Glad we had an extra two guys show up. I'm thinking the first week of March my work out routine will be in full swing. Wish me luck.

I help random strangers medical attention and run into burning buildings for a living. Not to mention the hazardous material spill every so often. Playing around with two secondary career paths. Personal training or home inspection. More of a work in progress, though I'm sure I could do all three careers. Trying to find that special woman for me.
