My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a creative, inquisitive, ambitious, and energetic person who likes adjectives a lot.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Fashion copywriter, art appreciator, theater and film opinion-haver, amateur coffee connoisseur.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
pop culture trivia. Also: MarioKart on the N64, choosing really ripe avocados, making sangria, and raising one eyebrow without the other.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My hair, maybe? I have a lot of it.

There's not a lot that I DON'T enjoy reading. I'm a speed reader (I finished all five "A Song of Ice and Fire" books in three months), so I'm always looking for recommendations (hint hint)!

"Breaking Bad" is the best of the best. But I also love "Mad Men", "Portlandia", "Louie", "Veep", "Game of Thrones", "Girls" and "True Detective". And "Broad City". Oh, man. If you haven't seen "Broad City"...just go do that. Immediately.

As far as music goes....this song. Pretty much just this song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6UD0c58nNCQ&feature=kp
But I accept the fact that I can't just listen to this on repeat for the rest of my life, so if you have music recommendations, I'm all ears (hahahaaaa).
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
-Coffee (Need Brooklyn coffee shop recommendations? I have probably been to every single one, so I'm a good person to ask).

-Good food- I'm a picky eater by nature, but I'm making a real effort to push beyond my comfort zone, and I have some great foodie friends who have made it their mission to get me to be more fearless when it comes to eating. I also really like to cook.

-Good wine...and, increasingly, good beer. I'll be honest, I'm becoming a bit of a beer snob as I learn more about it (not to say that I don't enjoy a PBR or an Amstel Light here or there).

-Books (actual, physical books...I haven't been able to get into e-readers yet. Reading on a screen just doesn't feel the same to me).

-My bike. I've turned into one of THOSE people, and I'm really okay with that.

-A notebook and a pen.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
the use of media in live performance. Places I want to go and stuff I want to eat. Also, I fantasize about moving to Portland a lot (I hear that the dream of the 90s is alive there).
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
dancing or drinking or Netflixing or karaoke-ing or cooking delicious meals or some combination of these things.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm afraid of moths and butterflies. I don't like the way they move.

you're smart and opinionated and passionate about something. If you have an adventurous spirit. If you like to read and drink beer and seek out bars with fantastic jukeboxes. And you should probably like Brooklyn.
