why I majored in it in college. These days, I have been playing a
lot of piano. Lots
of fun to just sit down and start playing. I was a brass player in college too. So.. I'm
highly skilled with my lips and my hands. :)
I was born in Brazil. I moved to Canada when I was 3. At the age of
9, I moved to the United States and have been here ever since. I
also took a road trip with some family around the New
York/Philadelphia area when I lived in Canada. As fun as traveling
is, I'm actually tend to stay in one place more often than not. I
like being around friends and family and being settled down.

What I'm doing with my life
I am applying to dental school at the moment. I
will begin that next year. Meanwhile, I will be working at the Cobb
County government technical support call center. This means I help
people that somehow managed to forget their password over the
weekend... yes, the same one they use every day. Woohoo!
More importantly, it gives me a break from school to figure myself out. It's always beneficial to have some time to reexamine your priorities and have some fun at the same time.

People usually notice that I am very relaxed and laid back. I am rarely
stressed out and tend to relax other people around me as well. I

My favorite books, movies, music, and food
It's been a while, but I remember enjoying the Lord of the Rings books
a lot when I read them. I also tend to read/watch the news more
often these days.
I enjoy a lot of movies; some of my favorites are: The Godfather Part I and II, Forrest Gump, Office Space, Hitch, Babel, the LOTR movies, What Women Want, and Crash. The funny thing is... I watch a lot of television recently, but not actually on TV. I have been "catching up" on some series that I've found to be awesome. I recently watched Lost season 1-4... probably better than any other movie/tv show I've seen! Also caught up on House and watching Grey's Anatomy right now.
My musical interests are mainly in classical of various kinds. I also enjoy jazz, rap, and oldies for casual listening.
My taste in food is unusual... peanut butter sandwiches are my favorite.
