I am yet another recent transplant to Portland and am interested in making connections with kindred spirits. Coming from a smaller town, I’m enjoying exploring what Portland life has to offer (e.g. music, food, workshops, art, theater, natural areas, festivals, bike paths, eclectic people, etc.) I’m open to most ideas, as I love trying new things. You’ll also find me happy adventuring in the outdoors doing non-motorized activities including skiing, hiking, camping, backpacking, sea kayaking, mnt. biking, you name it! Dance must occur regularly! Yoga is a great balancer. Born into a family of artists, I have a strong appreciation for anything artistic. Intellectual journeying is essential and I enjoy exploring a wide scope of subject matter. I’m liberal, athletic, well traveled (nationally and internationally), a naturalist by trade, career minded, playful, spiritual (Buddhism fits well and I appreciate other Eastern practices), and free spirited while being grounded at the same time.

Service and living with the next seven generations in mind explains my life choices. I recently completed my Masters degree in Management with emphasis in environmental organizations. I work for an environmental nonprofit in which I wear a wide array of professional hats. I'm also doing private consulting work focused on community engagement.
