So here goes...

I have been single since divorcing in 2000.

Having lived to work for many years I now enjoy working to live, spending time on the fun things in life - and it would be nice to have someone with whom I can spend outside work time

I enjoy meeting new people and doing new interesting things

I am lucky enough to live in a great part of the country and to be able to see my two grown up children as and when they wish to

I have a demanding job but which I enjoy, and a major part of which involves working with people, and within which I get the opportunity, each and every day, to 'bring alive' their skills and talents to in turn help and support others

Outside work I enjoy spending time 'up in the air', either in my own glider or as a basic instructor helping others to understand the fun of silent flight

Supporting my local football team as they have struggled to stay in the Football League has seen a rollercoaster of a season and certainly tested patience levels

I like walking, reading and just generally making the most of life...

As a very famous person once said:-

"Dream as if you will live forever, live as if you will die tomorrow"

Listening to others, finding out what makes others 'tick'...

My sense of humour, personality, friendliness, willingness to help others, optimistic/'half full' outlook on life, enthusiasm

Autobiographies by people who have achieved so much more than I have

The odd thriller which takes us all away from our 'normal' lives

All sorts of films, fiction and documentary

I like all sorts of music apart from heavy rock - the iPhone has from Rihanna to Keane, from Coldplay to Bananarama, from The Beatles to Belinda Carlisle, from Kylie to David Guetta...sadly for others within listening distance nothing like a good singalong

Apart from the obvious essentials suck as air etc...

My health, family and friends

And my gliding, football and holidays, all of which are a welcome 'chill' time from the working week

Life is good but it would be so much nicer to have someone to share it with...

'Chilling out' and finalising plans to make the most of the weekend ahead...
