My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I can't really summarize myself too well. I know everyone says that, but it's incredibly true. I've been me my whole life, so I know things about me that you don't. Serious explanation would be needed in order for my "self" to make sense to you.
I could just use adjectives in a list to give you some glimpse, but that wouldn't be quite right. Stories would be too long.
Even then, anything I say about myself could just be what I see. Not what you, or others, see.

If you're still reading, I bet you think I'm boring. But that was just my way of saying "I have no idea what to write here."
I'm an INTJ, and that describes me well.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Currently doing a job that doesn't include my dream at all, but is just a means to an end.

When my time doing that job is over, I'd like to study the field of science, and try to put my brain to work on advancing Humanity.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I've taken it upon myself to learn to cook, and I think I can say that I do that well.
I'm pretty knowledgeable with firearms, but in the grand scheme, I'd just say I'm OK with them.
I have most nerd stuff down pretty well.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I tend to have a blank expression on my face. That's just how it sits. Please stop asking me to smile, or asking if I'm OK.
I am.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I prefer Lovecraft over Poe. I just really like Lovecraft...
Three books/stories that I greatly enjoy, and feel I should read every few years are:
The Dragons Of Babel, by Micheal Swanwick.
Time Enough For Love, by Robert A. Heinlein.
And The Osteomancer's Son. I'm not sure who it's by...
I could list other books I've read and enjoyed, but those are the most important to me.

I really enjoy movies, and like many of them. Chances are that if you think it's a good movie, then I do as well.
I did recently watch Once Upon a Time in the West, and it was genius.

I have a wide taste in music, but am a little picky. However, I do love Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, ELO, and Jethro Tull.
Aside from that, feel free to try me, or let me recommend to you something you've never heard.

Shows... Many. My most recent Netflix viewings are a documentary on mammals with David Attenborough, The Tick, Breaking Bad, and Knights of Sidonia.
I watch many things.

I love food, and love cooking. Please share recipes with me, or tell me of a good restaurant.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My brain. It keeps me occupied, and alive.
Pizza. It's delicious.
Pants. I wear them always, at least when outside.
Some form of multitool. Like a sonic screwdriver, but real.
ELO. They're my band for any occasion.
Batman. He's the God Damned Batman.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Science things to do. Guns I want. Games I want to play, or have played. A good recipe. The Universe.
A lot, really. It all depends on everything.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I work every other weekend, so most Fridays are spent doing whatever I normally do in the 3-4 hours between getting off work, and bed. Cooking dinner, then eating dinner, then reading/gaming/tv.

On my actual Fridays, sometimes movies with friends, others getting to bed early (since I worked a lot, and am sleepy), then an early start to go shooting or hiking.
Or just being lazy. Time enjoyed relaxing is not time wasted.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have certain views on certain pop culture items that involve disliking greatly things that others really like. Popular answers that are given for books and shows, mostly.
