OK after a few days here I have to clearly start with basics:

I live in the suburbs north of NYC. a small very white suburb on the coast where I love the town but it is hard to be 'different.' Luckily NYC is just down the commuter lines. I work on Wall Street and it is very well paying but very high stress. Relieving stress is mandatory and lots of fun. During the week I love clubbing or bars in the city. Weekends I'm outta there and can get out into the near by country side or just flop on the couch.

I will try any cultural food or drink to experience what is going on. Actually that pretty much describes me over all. Food, fashion, art, acts I want to try it all. I may not like it, but I don't want it said I was afraid of trying what the world has to offer.

Having a nice basement I have started a wine cellar and it's cold enough to keep cheeses in. The house is early 20th century. Thick thick walls.

I am a clothes horse. I like clothes. Lucky I have a house because it gives me somewhere to put them ;)

I can go skiing in the winter but I'm not very good. I love going to the beach in summer.

I bought my own house in late '08 and am getting my life in order. Since I have a secure base I can start looking out to see what else and who else is around that I can meet and grow with.
