I am a 53 year old single male with three dogs. I build furniture for a living and cannot think of ever doing anything else. The furniture I build with my business partner is a combination of built-ins such as cabinetry, bookshelves, dry bar and entertainment centers. We also do finish trim work so crown molding, base boards, chair rails, wainscoting and fireplace mantles. The built-ins and trim work accounts for approx. 70% of our work. The other 30% would be heirloom quality furniture such as the two solid mahogany corner cupboards that we built for one client. We have also built a combination dining room sideboard that was also a concealed sewing center. This was also mahogany and when the sewing center was opened up from the sideboard the sewing maching came up and the entire piece turned into an L shape. We have also made many maple pieces with birds-eye maple, curly maple and tiger maple, plus many black walnut and cherry pieces. I was in high level sales for 25 + years and finally just burned out. Very happy with my current situation with the exception of not having a companion to love. However, in no manner desperate and very willing to remain as I am until I find the right person. I have the most wonderful, lovely 21 year old daughter who is the light and love of my life. I have been married twice but in no way down on marriage.

Building furniture, having a wonderful time with my three small dogs. I have an 8 1/2 yr. old, 45 lb Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, 2 1/2 yr. old, 110 lb half German Shepherd/half Rottweiler and a 2 yr. old 150 lb Rottweiler. As you can see, very small lapdogs. :o) Just having a great time. :o)
