Who am I? On the one hand, I’m the type of guy your mother always warned you about—the trash-talking, motorcycle-riding rebel who is constantly pushing the limits and living life by his own set of rules. A man who has strong opinions, a fiery tongue, and who at times, may be just a little bit too eager to engage in lively and controversial debates.
On the other hand, I’m the type of guy your mother always encouraged you to date—a loving and compassionate man who strives to treat others in accordance with the “Golden Rule”. A man who values faith, family, fellowship, and freedom above all else and who realizes that the love of a good woman is a blessing which ought not to be taken lightly.
Though I tend to be a bit rough around the edges, I firmly believe that each and every one of us is a child of God and I do my best to treat people accordingly. This is especially true of my relationships with the opposite sex. I’ve heard it said that God took one look at Adam and exclaimed “I can do better than that” before creating Eve. I concur—hence my belief in chivalry. I’ll be damned if any girlfriend of mine is going to have to reach for her own car door!
So who am I searching for? I dream of finding that special angel to love, honor, cherish, and protect. A woman who values God, family, and country and who realizes that life is not about how much one accumulates, rather it’s about how much one gives away. She should be a person who prays often and who makes studying her Bible a priority. A gal who is temperate, who desires to have children one day, and who believes that marriage is a life-long endeavor. Someone who yearns for closeness and affection; who appreciates gentle kisses on the forehead and the occasional bouquet of freshly-picked wildflowers (O.K. – that sounds a bit cheesy, but I stand by it).
Physically, I’m looking for a woman who practices good hygiene and who has a sensational smile and kind eyes. I’m convinced that you can determine 90% of everything there is to know about someone by looking into their eyes. General physical fitness is also relatively important to me. I tend to be a bit of a chunker myself (my weight fluctuates wildly), but I’m really quite active and I’d like for my date to be able to enjoy various physical activities with me (hiking, biking, paddling, playing in the rain, etc.).
I’ve dated enough of the wrong girls over the years to know that for a relationship to succeed, two people must have similar values and vision. My desire is to find a woman with whom I share common interests and beliefs while still retaining our own individuality and uniqueness. If by some odd chance you’re still reading and you happen to be intrigued by all of this, please feel free to send me a message. I look forward to hearing from you :o)
I am charming, witty, and oh so humble!.
