Well, a little about myself. I grew up in a small town in Southern California and then moved to New Jersey for high school. After graduation, I moved to San Francisco where I have been for the last ten years. I adore this city and don't see myself leaving anytime soon. I'm the kind of person who will go out from time to time, but for the most part I prefer to stay at home. I enjoy going to the movies, playing video games, and reading, although school has cut into those activities a great deal. I enjoy going out to comedy shows in the City and I will usually go to one every month or so. I am currently a manager at a comic book store, and I can say that it is the best job I have ever had. I'm also taking classes online to get my degree in Information Technology. This all sounds kinda geeky, and it is :). I love to laugh and I have a jovial outlook on life. That's all I have for right now. There's more to me than that, but what would be the fun of telling you everything now? :)

As stated before, I'm a manager at a comic book store and I have an apartment with three amazing roommates. I'm enrolled in an online university for an Information Technology degree. These are the two must important things in my life right now.

I have an encyclopedic knowledge of many random topics. I blame my love of reading for this. I'm great at ruining fantastic meals in the kitchen. (Only sort of kidding. I can cook pretty well, but when I fail, I make sure it is epic.)

I have a loud laugh and I can be a bit of a goofball. But in a very endearing way. At least that's what I tell myself. :)

TV Shows: I feel Community is one of the best shows ever made. You are doing yourself a disservice not watching it. Game of Thrones, Fringe (which just ended, sadly), Doctor Who, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, The Office, and have I mentioned Community yet?

Movies: Grindhouse, Minority Report, City of God, Wall-E, Spider-Man 2, Stand By Me, The Godfather, Pulp Fiction, Blade 1 and 2, and various others

Music: Korn, NIN, Lady Gaga, Deltron 3030, The Beatles, and many one hit wonders from the 80's and 90's

I'm not a huge food person, but I have a special place in my heart for Thai. And I am always down for some Italian or Chinese.

My laptop. It has been the center of my education.
My immediate family. Not that I don't love my huge family, but it's good to have a smaller group to focus on.
My podcasts. I listen to one every day
My N7 hoodie. It's been with me for almost 4 years, and it has been loyal so far.
My disregard for my own safety when crossing the street. It keeps life interesting.

Homework, homework, and more homework. When that is done, I am usually thinking about when the Giants are going to win their next World Series. This year sounds nice.

Working late. I like to take a nice breather after work so you will rarely see me out late on Friday nights. I feel a crazy Friday night is overrated anyway.

I'm an Oakland Raiders fan.

I have seen every Police Academy movie except the first one. Should I feel shame for not seeing the first one, or should I feel shamed for seeing any of them at all? You decide.
