My Self-Summary
I'm a fun multi-faceted scientist with many interests and always
keen to try new things. Primarily positive and generally
enthusiastic about anything and everything, I fill my life with all
kinds of great things from climbing to opera, clubbing to yoga.
What I’m doing with my life
I work in the plant sciences and love it to bits. The rest of my
life is deliciously fun and varied ranging from big nights out
clubbing to sunny days gardening.
I was born to live in London as it contains so many wonderful things I love doing - amazing theatre, funky clubs, amazing food, stellar opera, hours of gorgeous places to walk around and amazing art galleries and museums all in a relatively small area. London also has great train connections for when the urge takes me to the country or seaside though!
When I can, I love to travel!

My favourite authors are George Orwell, Paul Gallico, Walter Moers,
Alexandre Dumas, Lynn Flewelling and Gabriel Garcia Marquez.
The five favourite films I can think of off the top of my head are Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Stardust, Inherit the Wind, Le Bossu and the Three Amigos.
I never feel I know enough about music, but I tend to be a sucker for whatever's popular in the charts as well as a few lesser known favourites like Loreena Mckennitt and Vienna Teng. Cher is unbeatable for a song for every occasion though!
The best food in the world is gelati in Italy - especially from Bar Vivoli in Florence!
