My self-summary
Reducing, consuming, laughing, learning, indulging, devil advocating, swimming against the river of Tao, silver lining, and Einstein cycling. He said to keep balance, you never stop moving.

Life is best when made menacingly fun; Life is fullest with connection.
What I’m doing with my life
Working at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine on neurological disorders for 3 years. Doing my unique thing in my time off, like everybody else, sometimes I do yoga, like almost everyone else, though my ability to do a handstand is unlike anyone else.
I’m really good at
Picking out the right wine, mixing cocktails, working with tools, getting ennui and detesting it, locating lost items, folding fitted sheets (thanks grandma), calling my grandmothers while ignoring my mother, crossing streets, 18 minute naps, PCR, pointing North from underground, pistachio farming, cherry stem knotting, horse riding, skiing, acting like a monkey

To be fair, I’m not so good at…
drinking cheap domestic beer, watching major league sports, tolerating music and video game noises on the train, sleeping in a chair, coffee free mornings

Note one: Dating in the city is not easy, and many people are not on their best behavior. However, I choose to serve myself and the community by interacting with respectful candidness. A positive influence is boundless, and play, romance, and love are without measure.

Note two: Sarcasm is welcome.

Note three: There is no note number three.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books- I always have several in progress. Been working on The World Peace Diet, Out Of My Later Years, Ethics for a New Millennium, and Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers.

Film- Lost Highway, Paths of Glory, Kagemusha, and Dazed and Confused are great. Live theater is awesome.

Music- Yes, everyday. Motown is fun for boogying. Wise men once said, loose yourself to dance.

Food- Cooking is my creative outlet... when I make the time.
The six things I could never do without
exercise (yoga, lifting things, climbing other things, & curious about parkour)
a breath of fresh air
art in life
a good book
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The way people walk and use space, compatible dysfunctions in relationships, the magnificence of rice and majesty of hot sauce, ineptitudes of otherwise successful and sophisticated people, cultural relativism, and Neuroscience.
On a typical Friday night I am
Would rather go to a party or art exhibition with wine + cheese + cornichons, than watch any major sporting event. One or two expertly crafted cocktails beat 5 PBRs any night, son! Would enjoy seeing theater more than almost anything else, but just occasionally do. With Saturday morning plans, having a mellow evening might be better than clambering about.

You should message me if
You think about thinking, you laugh without thinking, you can debate form vs. function about things like high heels or ear-muffed hats, you believe symmetry is optimal yet overrated, your Virabhadrasana 1 isn't lazy, or you are done reading and are intrigued.
