I am full of contradictions. I am fun, spontaneous, and childlike
and I’m also mature, serious, and intense. I am outgoing,
strong-willed, and fearless and I’m also shy and insecure.
Making a difference in this world is very important to me. I do
that by working on myself. I take my personal growth and my
spiritual practice seriously, but not so seriously that I can’t
laugh at myself. I also work actively to help others - human,
animal, and vegetable.
Having fun is also important to me. I’m restless and love to try
new things. I hate to tell you my “favorite things” because it all
depends on my mood, but some things that consistently make me smile
(in no particular order) are:
Swing sets
Ice cream
Hot tubs (especially during a rain storm)
Drum circles
Dark chocolate + red wine
Hugs
Sushi (keeps me from really being a vegetarian)
Puppies
Kittens,
All manner of animals (not to eat)

It depends. It’s often my smile or my giggle. In professional
settings it could be my intensity. When I’m on stage doing stand-up
it’s usually my thigh-high boots.
