I come from a pretty interesting family (1/2 Filipino & 1/2 Norwegian) and my friends are serious some pretty awesome people (sorry, I don't stay up-to-date on the lives of celebrities). Being surrounded by people who are genuinely good souls leads to some pretty amazing fun.
I love to travel - both international & domestic - and am getting excited for the snow up in the mountain since I just bought a ski pass at Mt Hood Meadows. I plan on spending a lot of time skiing & snowboarding this winter so if you ride, bonus points for you b/c you're super bad*ss in my book!

What I’m doing with my life
Apparently a lot. Just bought a house and am getting ready to do
some remodeling. Work for a nursing magazine. All around...I'm just
focused on enjoying life and all its simple pleasures. I love to
travel when I get the chance (Alaska to visit my parents, Hawaii
& Mexico next year, and Italy/Greece in 2011).

The first things people usually notice about me
I'm an all around good guy...looking out to make sure everyone
around me is having a good time....and I just might make you laugh
your pants off (so bring an extra pair!).
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I like crazy sci-fi books, mysteries, & cookbooks...I like
funny movies....all kinds of music (Pearl Jam, Jack Johnson, the
Arctic Monkeys, Led Zepplin, Ludacris, Eminem, Tribe Called Quest,
De La Soul, Marvin Gaye, Red Hot Chili Peppers, James Brown,
everything)...and tasty food (thai, italian, sushi, dim sum, tapas,
ribs, corn on the cob, french fries & tater tots.

What's "typical" about Friday night? I could either be doing happy
hour with friends and heading to a concert, heading up to Mt. Hood
for some night skiing, or at home on the couch with a fire roaring,
a homemade pizza, and a good movie.
