After many years of searching to find my way, I am secure in who I am at this point in my life. I have great friends, a fantastic family, a flourishing career and many diverse interests. I like being me.

My friends would say that I am always honest; a good listener and a compassionate, loyal friend. People seem to gravitate to me for advice and I have a gift for being able to clearly see both sides of any situation.

On the other hand, these same friends have accused me of being "more fun than the law ought to allow", and I have a lively social calendar.

On Sundays during football season, you will find me and 200 of my closest friends drinking beer and yelling obscenities at the refs during Packer games. I was raised in Wisconsin where football is a religion and I have been fortunate to find a great group of fellow Cheeseheads in Houston who are as passionate about the Packers as I am. We eat brats, drink beer, polka, and even do the Lambeau Leap! ;)

When not watching football games, I love to travel- especially to warm sunny beaches. I just got back from Isla Mujeres which was unbelievably beautiful. The fresh seafood was fantastic, the weather was great and the locals were so friendly that they made us feel right at home. Give me sun, sand and cocktails with little umbrellas in them and I'm a happy gal!

I also love dining, dancing and hitting the town. My little black dress is always ready to slip on at a moment's notice, and they say I have great legs ;). When more casual outings are in order, you will find me able to camp and fish with the best of the guys. I truly like to do almost everything!

The only thing that has escaped me thus far is finding a compatible partner. Could it be you?

Professionally, I am a well educated entrepreneur with a successful decorative painting business that keeps me on the go. I love being able to use my artistic talents to make a good living and really enjoy meeting with clients and providing solutions to their decorating dilemmas. It is both rewarding and satisfying to see my work displayed in beautiful homes around the city, and I feel fortunate to be able to do what I do.

I am also a very active mom and grandma to my 2 children and 3 grandsons. We are a close family with fun traditions and a lively interaction style. It's never boring when we are together!

I love all kinds of foods- the spicier the better. I live for crawfish season, adore sushi and wax poetic about a really good piece of prime rib.

I'm not a really big movie fan, but I do think that The Jerk is the greatest movie of all time.

My taste in reading runs the gamut but leans heavily toward non-fiction. Philosophy, psychology, physics and deeply spiritual writings keep my brain cells moving around. I recently enjoyed The Tao of Physics by Fritjof Capra.

You are successful, self-confident and intelligent; passionate about your beliefs but open minded enough to hear other viewpoints and see their merit.
