My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Let's see...... Born and raised in Minneapolis (Airport area) and have had some hurdles to clear (we all have) and I'm at the point where I'm looking for that someone special. I'm outgoing, witty, sarcastic (sometimes too much), funny, a hopeless romantic, joker, and very loyal to the people I care about. I put my friends and family ahead of myself. If they need ANYTHING from me, they'll get it without hesitation.

The little things matter to me.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Halfway done with my Mechanical Engineering degree through UND (I'm a Gopher fan as well though). When I'm done with school, I'm not sure what the future holds!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Problem solving. Being there for friends and family. Thinking outside the box. Caring - I wear my heart on my sleeve.

I think I'm a great cook. I'm not an expert but I like to come up with my own recipes. I make a killer chicken, bacon, and ranch pasta salad. OK, I'll be honest, it's probably the little bag of bacon bits I add that makes it killer!

Sarcasm. It's almost all I speak and I speak it fluently. You've been warned. It's not that I'm harsh, I just lack tact. I know when to turn it off but sometimes it's too late :-(
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Probably my shyness. Once I get outta the candy shell, I'm better! I'm nervous around new people (who isnt) but it doesn't take me long to get comfortable. I've been told my lips are amazing!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Not much of a reader cause of school. I will be hitting the books hard in the fall! I do enjoy reading about things I find interesting. Wikipedia is a good source to get a brief overview of a subject. Lately, I've been reading about airplanes and airplane disasters. I'm not sure if I want to continue in the medical field with my engineering degree or go into aviation. I'll be getting my ME and a BS in either Biomedical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering. I'm not sure about a master's degree though.

I'm up for just about any movie, even rom-coms! I'd see a horror movie but not by myself.

I saw OAR at Red Rocks in June and it was SPECTACULAR!! I would love to go back. It's gorgeous there and Red Rocks is the best place to see a show!

Music is just about anything except country. Sorry, I just can't get into it

Food is just about anything but sushi. I got sick off of it and it kinda makes me gag now. You're welcome to eat it, I'll pass though. I love chicken and I love cooking healthy! I love coming up with new things off the top of my head or taking a recipe and adding my own flavor to it. I usually always have a bowl of fresh fruit cut up - strawberries, fresh kiwi, fresh pineapple, red grapes, fresh watermelon, and sometimes raspberries. Grilling pineapple is amazing!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My phone (it has everything on it, we live in such a digital age), my cat Luigi, my friends and family, and a phone charger!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Anything and everything. Science, technology, astronomy, how to improve things, um more that I can't think of.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I didn't know exactly what to put here because it varies. One Friday I drove to the Canadian border because the North Shore is gorgeous. Last night I watched a bunch of shark week shows. Another Friday I drove to see the meteor shower that's been going on for the last month.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm shy until I get to know someone, then I open up past the candy shell I have and am a huge teddy bear!

I can't jump right into something romantic right away. It takes me a few 'dates' to develop feelings of either a friendship or something more.

You enjoy laughing, you want to have a great time, are witty and sarcastic, a great conversationalist, think honesty and communication are important, and don't judge books by their cover.
