My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I like to think that I am fun, positive, and out-going. While I generally don't take myself too seriously and am often described as a goofball, i know how to get down to business when necessary.

I'm am definitely an active person. I run and I practice yoga several times per week. I have a ton of energy and would rather do almost anything other than sit on the couch. Long walks through the city on Saturday afternoons are one of my favorite things to do.

I think I can be considered fairly low-maintenance...don't get me wrong, I have my moments and my pet-peeves (for example--I hate wrinkles and therefore iron everything), but for the most part I'm easy-going.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
For work, I manage clinical/therapeutic programs at a non-profit agency that serves children and families in the Philadelphia area. I love my job, even on the most stressful days. It's such important work and I know that I'm lucky to have found a career that makes me feel happy to get up and head to work everyday.

I also teach a few yoga classes each week at a studio and a crossfit gym in the city.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Memorizing song lyrics, board games, hosting parties, compiling playlists, long walks, refusing to let jokes die, hugs, making lists, starting invisible jumpropes on wedding dance floors, making the best of things, having fun.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Probably my laugh...It's not quiet.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I'm a huge Shakespeare nerd and I've had an obsession with Tennessee Williams since high school. I love a good fiction novel with great character development and I will read almost any memoir.
I'm such a movie person; to name a few that I can (and do...) watch over and over again: The Departed, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Cyrano DeBergerac, Love Actually. I also looooove crappy horror flicks. The first Nightmare on Elm Street might be my favorite movie of all time.
Some fav tv shows include: Arrested Development, The Office, The League. I'm generally not a huge tv person, but if I do like a show, I can get sucked into a marathon. My guilty pleasure show is SVU.

Music is my fave. I'm obsessed with spotify. Some bands i'm probably listening to right now? Hozier, fun., The Lumineers, Black Taxi, The Naked and Famous, The Cinema, Stars, Baywood, Death Cab, Wakey! Wakey!, Grouplove,Django Django, Tune-Yards, Cold War Kids, Man Man, Haim, Seawolf, Father John Misty...and maybe more...

I love food and while I can't brag about my cooking skills, I have been known to whip up something awesome every now and then (I made a killer butternut squash and sage lasagna last weekend...). I also own a kitchenaid and have been known to bake some tasty treats.
I love the variety of restaurants in Philly, especially the BYOs. I also loooooove brunch; a friend and I have been on a mission to try all of the recommended brunch spots in the city.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My Mizunos. Spotify. Scarves. My faux down comforter. A yoga mat. My backpack.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How much I want a vitamix. What kind of adventure I want to take this Sunday. Grammar. And space. I try not to think about space very often because it overwhelms me, but then I look up, see the stars and I can't help but think about it. Black holes?! How scary are they?!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Lately...starting out with a yoga class, then choosing between going out with friends, planting on the couch watching a movie, or running on depends how the week went...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I misplace my keys way more often than I'd like to admit.

Also, guys, my username is not a Goodfellas reference. And if I was, I'd be mis-quoting the movie. Just felt like I had to put that out there.
