My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I've lived on both east and west coasts, but Seattle is the first place where I feel at home. I'm a seeker of new ideas and curiosities, and enjoy reading about notable people and places (in the midst of a philosophical history of Russia and a biography of Albert Camus).

Helping others who are less fortunate is an important facet of my life and I take part in volunteering opportunities every weekend.

In most respects, I am more comfortable as an observer, and feel a lot can be learned in this role.

If you read on, you may notice that I'm a film and music enthusiast. I've had many hours of great conversation on the topics, and love to chat with others who are equally passionate. :)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I studied English Literature at UCLA, and truly missed the academic environment after graduating. I ended up taking some web dev and computer courses and worked as a technical writer for a little over a year. I am currently a systems analyst and get to explore databases and diagnose issues. I love what I do.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
listening and communicating; being cognizant of other beings and our environment; creating things (I was on a fermented foods kick for a bit); fearlessly expressing myself and taking a stand; making others feel comfortable.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
