I am a 24 year old guy recently moved to Boston looking for something a little more than hooking up and dating for no reason (which unfourtunatly seems to be what most other dudes in this college city seem to want). I live in a pretty awesome apartment in Jamaica Plain and work some different jobs, but concentrate mostly on my band and in general, helping out the local music scene. I like to think I am nice, but sometimes I guess I can be a bit judgemental if I think someone is lazy. I generally work (on something, job, project, or otherwise) 24/7.

I am attempting to make a carreer out of music. This means I have sold out and play in a pop punk band (which I am lucky enough that its a WICKED AWESOME BAND) which usually plays to 14 year old scene girls (the only members of the local scene with money to go to shows and buy cds). My band is doing well, and I am very happy about this. On the opposite spectrum I would like to eventually find a dude, settle down, and have kids. (watches all the actually attractive men get scared off) Weird Combo? yes.

I am generally good at networking, advertising, marketing, being a nice person (I think), playing 2D fighting games, having fun, dealing with annoying people, and people seem to think I am good at writing songs. I am not good at meeting guys, or else I probably wouldn't be on this site.

In general, everyone notices my eyes first. I'm not really sure after that cause thats the only thing anyone ever tells me.

My favorite books of all time are tied between The Never Ending Story by Michael Ende, and Enders Game by Orson Scott Card. My favorite movie is also The Never Ending Story (only the first one). My favorite band of all time is At The Drive In (although the other night I saw Amanda Palmer of the Dresden Dolls play and she blew me away) and my favorite food is buffallo chicken anything.

My guitar, my band, my friends, the internet (sad, I know), my cat. The sixth spot is saved for whatever guy I end up with.

Music in general. Why local scenes are so backwards in the ways they are set up. Why people are so backwards. Some embarressing moment in my life from yesterday. Etc.

Playing a show, most definatly.

Is that sometimes I am trashy romance novel dialogue waiting to happen, and I hate myself for it. I also hate when other people do it and say things like that because it is so incredibly illogical.
