A trait that I take a lot of pride in is that I am always in a
positive mood,.. and I appreciate the simple things in life.
While I am an extremely confident person, I know how to stay humble and gracious at the same time.
I love to be outdoors as much as possible, running, hiking, and canoeing. But when the weather does not allow it, I can enjoy indoors activities just as much (game or movies nights are my favorite). I love board games and I am very hard to beat in monopoly, risk and Catan. I also love going to museums, concerts and live shows. Overall, I enjoy most physical and intellectual activities
Staying active and leading a healthy lifestyle are big priorities. after a couple of half marathons this fall, I let myself go during this winter (I'n mot yet used to Boston freezing months), and I am getting back to it now, plannign to Run the Ney Work Marathon this fall . I play soccer and basketball regularly and recently picked up squash, which I still suck at, but hope to get better soon.
Traveling is my number one passion, I love to travel and I have been fortunate enough to work / study on 4 different continents and see some pretty spectacular places, yet there are still so many places to visit on my bucket list. I moved to Boston a couple of years ago, and I fell in love with New england from day 1, feeling more at home here than I ever had before.
What am I looking for? I have always admired when women are self-confident, strong, and independent. I believe these qualities are very attractive, ...along with being kind-hearted, respectful, and caring towards others - - - pretty much all the basics!
