AND for those of you that genuinely want to know more............
Lets see here.... about me.... Well, I enjoy the little things and live each moment in that moment. I love going on long hikes with my dog. I practice yoga weekly. I eat really healthy; a lot of fruits, veggies, meats. I havent had fast food in months (well, unless you count Chipotle and In & Out as fast food. Cause I have those about twice a month). I listen to a lot of different types of music; rock, rap, edm, country and surprisingly I listen to a lot of the same music I grew up listening to (Thrice, Weezer, Soasin, BrandNew... to name a few)
I work at a reputable marketing agency in Irvine. I have been with the company for about 7 months and so far Im really loving it. Everyday is slightly different than the last and since its an agency, I have a lot of clients. Having so many clients allows for me to make changes in some and different changes in others in respect to their marketing plans. I get to see those changes make a difference in the bottom line month to month.
Since I work full-time and I want to stay in shape, I follow an Ayurvedic sleep cycle.... that means I get to wake up every morning at 5am to watch the sun rise as I workout. Getting up at 5am means I'm in bed and hopefully asleep by 1030pm. Ive been on this schedule for a few months now, I have more energy than I know what to with and Im happier overall. Having all those hours in the day really make life easier to handle.
On the weekends I hangout with friends. I generally go hiking or trail running on the weekends with a few friends. I am defiantly down to cruise to Tustin Brew Co for a few beers and some good conversation. I havent been drunk since Oct 25th of 2013. I used to party and get wasted all the time throughout college. Then one day, I got over getting wasted. Its amazing how much I used to drink and how little I felt like I was drunk. Compared to now, having 3 beers and Im solidly buzzed. Ill have a few beers over the weekend but Ill rarely have a drink in the middle of the week.
Recently I have made a huge change in my diet. I cut out all dairy and all processed sugar. Its been quite the journey so far. Sugar is in everrrrrrrything. Im not perfect, some foods do contain sugar and I cannot be 100% clean. I want to say Im 95% a clean eater.
Anyway, I feel like these last few paragraphs paint a pretty good image of who I am, but really there is so much more to me. Just ask, Ill answer.
