My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
In person chemistry is key. Do you think the OKC %'s dictate if we'll click? Let's roll the dice and see.

That being said, I have an adventurous spirit and am curious what makes people do what they do. Laughing is an important part of my life, even if I'm the only one doing it. Spontaneity excites me, just as routine comforts me. Intimacy comes easy, especially with the right person. I think of myself as casual and laid-back but looking for a partner with a certain level of sophistication, intelligence and overall life sensibilities. I'm sarcastic and I love a witty sense of humor. I'm outgoing (I'm an ESFJ if MB intrigues you) yet laid back. I don't need you to complete me but I hope you'll complement me, support me and like me for who I am.

I can find my way around a hardware store, farmer's market or garden center. I tend to gravitate towards handcrafted and DIY. In fact, I'm pretty handy and think I can hold my own when it comes to fixing things around the house. On a different note, I notice details along the way and I tend to remember random information. I love hiking, fresh air, being outside and cooking great meals with friends. I will try anything almost once; twice if it includes chocolate or sprinkles, the bright colorful ones. I pride myself in having some great friendships, different groups and walks of life, am intuitive and can read body language and facial expressions like an open book. In many ways, I consider myself to be an old soul - someone who loves affection, holding hands, kissing and even talking to strangers. Your humbleness and subtle confidence is way more attractive than a resume, a photo of you flexing your muscles or all the photos you took on your last adventure.

I'm attracted to someone who "gets it" and who is probably a combo of artsy, conservative, athletic, smart, edgy and a dash of nerdy. Is that you? In person chemistry is key so let's meet and see if we click (send a note, I will reply). I'm also drawn to those who are willing to be vulnerable, honest and are not afraid of meeting someone who appreciates good communication (you'd be surprised).
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Maintaining balance, being in the present and discovering new things.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
...laughing and seeing the glass as half full.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My smile or the fact that I'm easy to talk to and enjoy engaging in conversation. Some call it friendly, I call it curiosity. Ok, maybe a bit of both.

kid's books, picture books, adult books and anything in between. where the wild things are. blink. non-fiction. cookbooks, magazines, blogs, short stories. journals, documentaries, independent, main stream - I'm open to it all. architectural digest. elle decor, sunset, food & wine. anything design related or crafty-something. NYT, getting lost in the world wide web. researching and one thing leading to the other.

live, acoustic music. singer-songwriter. something to tap my feet to. piano, vocals, anything that inspires your soul. always open to learning and hearing more but when it comes to music or playlists, I could probably use your help. I'm also a tiny bit obsessed with comedy and improv as of late.

love local, healthy and sustainable. If I can pick it or meet the grower, even better. Love great desserts, all types of wine, cold beer, homemade bread, cheese. Tartine, Burma Superstar, Moki's and Cheeseboard pizza, broccoli, medium spicy, lightly salty and lots of sweet-y. I don't eat meat, and I don't mind if you do.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
learning and curiosity
flip flops
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
how to "be" in the moment.
why we haven't met yet?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
meeting friends after work, going on a walk by the water, having an adult beverage or staying in and cooking dinner. I do love me some wine or interesting mixed drink. Weekends tend to be a bit more mellow and a time to recharge.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm a little saucier on the inside than I may appear on the outside.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
a) you want to walk next to me, not in front or behind of me.

b) you really want to meet a great girl who not only knows what she wants but who is honest, fun and has a great sense of humor.

c) you're tired of "window shopping" on here

d) you'd like to actually meet in person to see if we have a spark

e) you have photos of yourself...and not just the ones of snow covered mountains from your most recent adventure. we all love great photos but show them to me after we meet.

f) you too agree that a smile says a lot about someone (ie. great teeth is one of my weaknesses, especially if they come with a personality)

g) you know the difference between they're and their; too, to, and two....

....and not to be rude but if you're in your 20s or 60s and wondering if I'm interested, the answer is no.
