My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello! I once had a huge bug stuck to my head for about 15 minutes and did not realize it until my kindergarten teacher told me... That memory still haunts me and I will never let it go! I hope you're ready to deal with this madness.

Alright, now that this terrible fact is out of the way, a little about myself... I am a motivated, hard-working woman who takes her job very seriously and wants to succeed in life. I believe in education and continuously improving yourself through embracing as much experiences as possible. I have goals in life and work hard to accomplish them and hope to find someone (for a friend or more) who has similar values.

At the same time, I like being silly and having fun. I have found that this is a good way to go through life as long as one also realizes the important things in life and has priorities.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work at a university in the city in the area of Student Affairs and also teach a class.

I love art and theater so I try to attend as many of these events as possible. I also love to travel so I take trips whenever my work allows.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Playing tennis (I played my entire life.)

I am also good at creating flavors of ice cream for Ben and Jerry's, although they have never returned any of my calls...
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My jazz hands.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I enjoy reading books about current affairs, especially African affairs. One of my favorite books is "We Wish to Inform you that Tomorrow you Will be Killed with your Families," a book about the Rwandan genocide. I also like books about business, economics, accounting, etc., my favorites in this area are Freakonomics and From Good to Great. The two fiction authors I read are Patricia Cornwell and Michael Crichton. I feel obligated to say that I recently became obsessed with The Hunger Games and I choose to ignore the fact that it is a young adult book.

Movies: Slumdog Millionaire, Hotel Rwanda, Mean Girls, Fight Club, The Life of David Gale, The Waterboy, The Notebook, Dead Man Walking, Primal Fear, 61, Major League, The Matrix, The Matrix Reloaded, Seven, Sin City, Two Can Play that Game, 300, Hot Fuzz, Shaun of the Dead, Terminator 2, The Karate Kid, Robin Hood: Men in Tights, The Princess Bride, Identity, First Wives Club...

TV Shows: Breaking Bad, Dexter, Queer as Folk, Arrested Development, How I Met Your Mother, 24, Lost, Veronica Mars, Pushing Daisies, Damages, The Big Bang Theory, The IT Crowd, Alias.

Showtunes. Oh, I guess I should talk about more music I may like just so I don't come across as super geeky. I LOVE music so it is very hard for me to pick a favorite band.
