First off I am typing on a German keyboard.  The y and z keys are flip flopped so keep that in mind when reading (though I am getting used to it quickly)....

So I arrive at the airport to fly from Berlin to Ibiza.  Once I go to board the plane they are unable to find my reservation and my boarding pass does not work.  I have to go to the main ticket counters and I am told my ticket was cancelled.  They are unable to tell me why it was cancelled.  There are still spots open on the plane but they don't allow people to check in less than 40 minutes before departure.  So I am stuck.  Next flight to Ibiza is on Saturdaz and mz freinds leave on Friday so that won't work.  So instead I am flying to Barcelona tomorrow at 9am.  Meaning I will be there a day ahead of my friends. 

Just very annoying when considering the passport issues I had already cost me a bunch of time and money.  So now I am at the airport Holiday Inn taking advantage of the Executive Lounge and free Internet afforded to me by being a Platinum Club member (Internet access is usually something like 10-15 euro for 30 minutes). 

Soon I will be heading to the bar where they are playing Dick Cheese and Lounge Against the Machine for some reason.  And I will drown my sorrows in tasty, cheap, plentiful German beer. 

Just realized that I have a ticket from Ibiza to Barcelona I need to cancel.  Wonder how much that's going to cost me lol.... (I think the unexpected costs of this trip are going to top $1000  <sigh> ).

The website told me if I wrote something here I would get 55% complete. So here it goes...

Dear Journal,

I am in Pensacola, FL. The weather is nice. They have good restaurants. My hotel is on the beach and my room has a nice big LCD TV. I should be home tomorrow night around 11pm. And that is all for this episode of my journal (probably the pilot and season finale).
