I am a relatively down-to-earth guy who has never been afraid to stand out from the crowd. A lesson in incongruity, I can be classified as an extroverted-introvert and an optimistic-pessimist who is drawn to the less-traveled paths of life. Quirky and unpretentious, I am an autodidact who abandoned the legal profession for a vocation they didn’t teach me in law school.

Raised in the outskirts of Dublin, ten years of working in Edinburgh have begrudgingly softened my attitude toward the city life. Not soft enough, however, to live there. I've happily settled to live just across the river.

While tough enough to handle any challenge thrown my way, I am sensitive, intuitive, kindhearted and awful to be around before I’ve had my morning coffee. My sharp wit belies my introspective nature.

I haven’t traveled nearly enough and would like to find a partner with whom I can explore the places that tourist crowds fear to tread. I’ll take an adventure over a vacation

I have very recently relocated to Germany, Stuttgart and am still looking where to get a good coffee, croissaint & paper to start of my sunday.

I like to photograph birds, watch the History Channel and play with my niece and nephew.

I love the new shows where people go out and try to find monsters. Every time there's an announcement of breaking news I'm hoping to hear that they've captured the monster of Loch Ness. It always turns out to be a stalled bus in a tunnel or something.

Being in Edinburgh half of the time, I really would like to know some people here. If you know Stuttgart really good, you could show me around. If you don't know it at all, we could explore together.
